Backgrounder not working with 3.1.2?

Ok, well, I know some people who do have it working with 3.1.2 (unconfirmed, but that's what they say they're running), but others can't get it to run at all. The reviews in Rock have people posting about this issue as well.

Mine wasn't working on the first try, it was like it wasn't even installed.
I had to restore and JB again cause Winterboard bricked me on 3GS 3.1.2
But now it seems everything is working ok. Strange.
Had the same issue with SBSettings, now it's ok...

I been doing all my friends ipod touches and jail breaking and install background and they are all working on 2nd ipod touch and 1st ipod touch, maybe you have to restore my friend

No issues with Backgrounder on a 3GS 32GB with 3.1.2. Winterboard and SB Settings are also running fine.

Both Backgrounder and Kirikae (for switching between active tasks as well as starting inactive favourite applications) are working together perfectly for me.

I just jailbroke by 3.1.2 iPod touch 2G, and had to reboot it before Backgrounder would work. Since then, it's been performing flawlessly.

Kirikae does not work for me too. When I double tap my home button the Camera starts running and when I select to start Kirikae when keeping the Home Button pressed the Voice Control starts running. How do i get this to work?

this is prob not backgrounder related....
i have exactly the same setup you have, whenever you install apps on your iphone does it go into safe mode?

No, that's not supposed to happen. You should consider restoring your phone.

My backgrounder works just fine but I think it's somehow conflicting with my iTunes store (see my other thread) beacuse I've disabled almost everything after it stopped working and backgrounder is the only thing left and my iTunes store still is out of whack. Of course the iTunes store does work in safe mode.

Speaking of Backgrounder and Kirikae. Could someone tell me if there's a way I can change the icon through Winterboard instead of changing the Icon.png in the .app folder?

I'm trying to use this with my Touch 3rd gen, 3.1.2. I installed it and when the iPod restarted it returned to the 'connect to iTunes' screen and would not exit the screen. iTunes said it was in recovery mode.

Did I just do a bad install or does it not work with my version? Putting all my stuff back on there is such a pain and I had to restore it to fix it.

i got it to work just fine how ever it lead to serious battery drain im talking like a fulol charge gone in just UNDER 4 hours.
