Default Process listing on OS3.x i.e. top

There are lots of posts talking about using top / ps to look at the processes that are running on your iPhone. Mine seems a bit slugish at the mo and i would love to have a look at whats actually running/using up the CPU

I appears that since 3.0 they have removed both "top" and "ps".

Does anyone know how to install these apps or have similar performing ones?

I think they were never part of the system, you can install them from cydia though. just search for top in cydia ;-)
