IBluetooth for 3GS
Is there anything like iBluetooth for the 3gs? Ihave tried all versions that say they work for 3.0, but can't get any to work on my 3gs w/3.0.1fw. My 2g with 3.0 works perfect. But my 3gs keeps getting the failure to start stack error no matter what. I have rebooted, started the iPhones bluetooth and then started IBluetooth and then rebooted again. Nothing works.

Unfortunately there isn't for the time being.
& the developer of the iBluetooth stopped working on his application long time ago. This application is becoming old now.

3GS uses different BT chip and he needs to buy new BT stack for it, that costs to much and I believe people aren't donating enough...
That's what I gathered around the webs.

That explains the stack error code. Thanks for the enlightenment! Maybe one day Apple will have it in a firmware uprade so the iPhone will have it like everyone else. Look how long it took to get MMS.

I think Bluetooth file transfer provides too much of a gateway for unauthorized code running and possible exploits. Besides, why bother with pairing and a 30 foot max distance when you can just text the file to someone?
