Crash when using magnifier glass

hi,
I noticed, After updating my phone to 3.1, that every Time I use the magnifier Glass the current app starts hanging. the app becomes unresponsive until I kill it and restart it. this is true for every app, Stock and AppStore. ideas? if I could prevent a restore that'd Be Great!

I have the same problem, and I noticed that after I manually removed unwanted language files.

I think this happends if you accidentally delete some folders when deleting the language packs (sometimes non-language folders are between the language-folders).

A restore plus deleting the CORRECT files only solved this for me
