problems syncing

My old laptop was destroyed along with all my music, i've downloaded itunes(9.0.1)again but am having problems transfering my music/apps from my phone(3g/3.0).
Any help appreciated

Edit: I can only get certain music that has been purchased on my phone.
any idea how to unsync from my old computer without deleting what is on my phone?

normally, you can't transfer stuff from your iphone to your computer, except for things you purchased in the itunes store.

there are some third-party tools to do it, but I don't really know about them. I think I once used yamiPOD, no idea if it's good though
