Hello,I am new to this so please bear with me,ok I'm trying to download a file using safari but every time I do it says safari can not download this file.I am using firmware 1.1.4.

you must download the files to your computer, Then ssh the downloaded files to your iPhone. Check Here

And from what I understand, the File Downloading Plugin dosent work for 1.1.3 or 1.1.4...
