Clear Scrolling Bubble That is Messing Up My Life...

Can someone tell me where this clear bubble that seems like a scroll bar came from? It's on my dial screen and and won't allow me to select the arrow to send a text, and it randomly shows up on other screens. There is also a mini calculator that pops up? I am totally app happy. I want to get rid of it!

Also, the pink elephant in the room.. When are the 3gs going to be able to jailbreak??? Come on! Had to say it.

it came with the update for the quickscroll app, it drove me nuts too, i deleted it. you can adjust its parameters in the settings if you want

The 3G S has been able to be jailbroken for quite some time now

^But only on 3.0 and 3.0.1. 3.1 still cannot be jailbroken on the 3GS
