Lost AT&T 3G Internet Connection After Trying To Send MMS

OK, I have searched and searched and cannot find an answer to this. I have a 3GS with jailbroken 3.0. I tried checking to see if MMS was working yet today and of course it wasn't and hung up sending the pix. After that, no internet. I turned off 3G and was able to load internet through edge. Switched 3G back on and the ineternet goes away. I do have a data IP listed though when I check under sbsettings so I don't get it. Tried resetting network settings, reboot, everything. Any ideas?

Strangely enough, it is back after about 3 hours. Almost wonder if AT&T blocked my ip or something.

OK this issue is back again today and I have done nothing. This time it has been down since 10:30am and it's now 4:10pm and still can't access internet on the 3G connection. Only working on edge. Anyone have a clue on this, it's driving me nuts. I have had no problems for months and then this popped out of nowhere.
