okay, so as i mentioned a few times () my iPhone is OS 3.1 and i can't get it downgraded.... so, is there a way to sync contacts/apps/pictures from a 3.0 iPhone to a pc (Windows XP) w/o running Outlook (for contacts) ?
and the phone number is on the sim right ?!
i ask this because my SO has a iPhone 3g still on 3.0..
my plan is to back it up to my desktop pc (no Outlook), swap sims.. so my # is on her iPhone, and ditto with her sim card. restore her info (contacts & apps + pictures) - she happy.
i will have the 3.0 OS, which i can JB and NOT upgrade to 3.1.
possible ?
added: tried swapping sim cards, that works as expected.
