Curious. Why do you need a contact on the sim? I tried looking around and all I see is old programs that are not out anymore. I have old phones sitting around so do this is kinda easy for me. I take the sim out of the iphone, since sims can be hotswapped, and put it in a new one. Then I just use the iphone to manually input the information into the old phone and have it save to contact.

So when I switch phones I can import my all of contacts to my other phone. Also if I lose my contacts they will always be on my sim card.
If I helped thank me!

I have a little Nokia ($20 back up phone) I pop my sim in there and copy any contacts that way.

Not going to happen. It's an easy thing to add, there's just too many saying we don't need it. Well, one of these days they'll wake up and realize it's importance -- but by then it will be too late!

They use to have it during the 1.0-1.1.4 firmwares. It was called iSIM and SIMport.
If I helped thank me!
