Register with Cydia?

I thought saurik was putting the info backup on Cydia so you could register your iPhone for future jailbreaking but can't find it anywhere. Anyone know where or whats up??

you can't do that anymore for 3.0 and 3.0.1 and it's not up yet for 3.1

I'm on 3.0.1 with 3Gs and missed the register with Cydia. When the register for 3.1 comes out from saurik is it okay to register eventhough your still on 3.0.1?
