Having some trouble with my Iphone

Hey everyone, just a quick question here, I am having some troubles with my phone it seems kinda laggy, closing apps takes around 2-3 seconds to do, and some apps just randomly crash or dont even open, when i try to sync some custom ringtones they dont seem to want to be added. Same goes for the songs,

I am not sure why this is happening, i restored my computer after getting the 3.0 + Jailbreak and it always asks me if i am sure i want to sync because it will lose the applications, but they don't disappear I am not sure, should i restore my phone and try to get 3.0 again or is something wrong with my phone?

I can make calls, internet everything else.

maybe u just have too many apps....or,
the iphone restoring process didnt go 2 well...
I would say to restore it as a new phone, but you prob want ur stuff so just restore from a backup

How would that explain the sync issues? it worked before, but after the restoring of my computer it didnt seem to work.

Ill give it a try, i dont have alot of important apps, most of which can be replaced.
