    Default SSH Library Restore

Been reading posts about restoring made painless and have a question.

I'm assuming it would be easier to copy the entire library via SSH form the iphone to your computer and then replacing entire library folder after a restore to the iphone. Is this possible?

I made a backup of my iphone from the following place via SSH: /private/var/mobile/library

If I were to replace this same folder on my iphone after a restore would it work OK and have all the settings, contacts etc etc etc I backed up?

It's best to replace just what is needed. IE: Contacts database SMS database, Notes, CallHistory, etc. They are .db files. Must respring/reboot after. The Library contains a lot of data, but not everything. AppStore data is in each App folder. Springboard placement, email accts, networks, and a whole host of other stuff is located elsewhere.
