i restored my iphone and realize that os 3.1 is the update version. I dont want 3.1 how can i install 3.0.1?

You cant..it seems iPhone 3GS cant go back to 3.0 once on 3.1

howcome you cant downgrade to 3.0.1? what is with this new firmware that is different from the others?

First off, there is no way you "erased" the entire OS without restoring another on the phone.
But yeah...you can only go up. No going back. Gotta be more careful and not jump into things.

go ahead and update to 3.1 or wait for the tweek to be released
