stuck in a loop

my phone just died. i charged it and now the apple logo just appears. and it just brings up the loading wheel and then pauses. after about 10 mins. it restarts. and the loop continues.

any ideas?

DFU to the Rescue!
Set to DFU: Hold Power+Home till screen goes black...let go of Power BUT HOLD Home...then plug into computer and iTunes should detect it...if not then First plug into the computer then do a dfu method..
