iPhone SIM swap
Hi,
I have an original iPhone that I use as an iPod touch. We recently switched over to AT&T and I have a phone plan with family data unlimited. Is it possible to pop the SIM card from the other phone to the iPhone and use it with unlimited data? Does AT&T care? And if I don't like it, can I pop it into my other phone?I am Olim. We are Olim. And we just did this- together!

YES - it is definitively possible. I had a Blackberry - popped the SIM into a 3GS iPhone.
No problem whatsoever - but if you ask AT&T "they would like you to tell them"
But with an unlimited plan U R set 2 go without calling them.
Just activate the iPhone in iTunes with the SIM from ur Unlimited Family Plan.
If you wanna switch back - no prob. Just do it n u r ready to call.Do hope that helps

OK, thanks. I'll check it out tomorrow. I already activated the non-iPhone, but AT&T won't notice if I activate it with iTunes and charge a fee, will they?
Thanks.I am Olim. We are Olim. And we just did this- together!
