Export Contacts

I will be installing Windows XP and need a way just to save my contacts since I'm assuming I'm going to have to sync my phone up with a fresh start. I was wondering what the easiest way to export the contacts to the computer is or is there an app on cydia that could do that (has to be free).

just sync your phone to Windows address book or Outlook from iTunes.
