3gs and gps
Just wondering. I'm using a 3gs and with it im using 3g. When or if i use google maps... does my iphone use internet data to find my location?

no, but it uses internet data to download the maps

tomtom, iGo, Navigon all store the entire app on your phone, maps and all. about 32 GB each.
no data required or needed.
