Just sync your iphone first, then restore it from the previous sync, if the app is officially downloaded off the appstore, you game will be saved

Just copy the game folder to you hard drive. After you re-install the game, copy the folder back.

first of all: if you restore from backup your game data will be saved. if for some reason you will not restore from backup: all app data is saved in
/private/var/stash/Application.xxx/ if you used redsnow to jailbreak and /private/var/mobile/Applications/ if you used pwnagetool.
problem is the folders are not named very obvious. you need to go through each folder in "Applications" and look inside it. If inside it is a folder named "MyBrute.app" or "Brute.app" or something similair then this is the right one, obviously. you need to save the "Documents" and "Library" folder in that folder then. When you restored, sync My Brute back to the iphone, search for the brute folder and copy Documents and Library onto the iphone.
this might sound difficult when you read it, but it's really easy if you just try it
