Where is the friggin MicroCell?

Damn at&t. I have the crappiest reception at my house which is in the middle of the city. Everywhere else is fine but as I drive into my driveway I drop calls every time.
More than half of the calls from my house are cut in the middle of the conversation. The phone will not ring a lot of time just go straight to voice mail.

AT&T claims there is a bad reception area around my house and that they can't do anything about it.

So where is the damn microcell? I use my phone for work and receive calls all day long. Get this thing out there already.
