cyida just crashes on start? how to install manually?

Whenever i open cydia it just says loading items then crashes tried robooting and everything dont want to restore...can someone tell me how to manually re-install cydia without lossing my apps installed? thanks

the same thing is happening to me. but i think how it happened was i was installing something in cydia then my ipod just randomly restarted and i cant open cydia or the app i was installing now.. i tried adding cydia.app again but i still could open it. i got red sn0w and i got the cydia folder, do i have to actually get every one of those files onto my ipod or will that like reset everything? cuz a lot of stuff gets overwritten

1) Delete all files in the path var/lib/apt/lists, except the ‘partial’ folder.
2) Delete all files in applications/cydia/sources except the ‘partial’ folder, and the apt.bigboss* files
3) Reboot the Iphone

i just rebot when it happens and its fine, but its only happened once since 3.0
