    It's about SSH-ing into your phone. It's really something you should learn to do. It will open some many doors to themeing your phone and also correcting corrupted files.

    make sure you only install Cydia, not Icy.

    ^ Now everything's working. However, iTunes won't recognize my iPhone anymore.

    re-boot computer, if that doesn't work try putting in airplane mode and open iTunes and try to sync.

    I set my iPhone to Airplane mode. My computer recognizes it, and iTunes opens up; however, it does not show my iPhone in iTunes. Also, I should add that whenever I try to open the iPod application on my iPhone, it crashes. I think even if there isn't any music on it, it shouldn't be doing that, right?

    EDIT: Could my file system be corrupt?
