Where are 'Phone' settings now?

I just upgraded to 3.0.1 and also installed some stuff with Cydia, winterboard, etc. since I installed a new theme, and springboard came up on my "Settings" menu, I can't find the "Phone", "email", etc. settings anywhere... don't really know where to search either.

after you jailbroke your phone, did you sync from a back-up? this could be your problem if you did.

Blackout... I don't think the theme matters because once Springboard popped up in the settings menu the other settings were gone...

I did sync from backup but settings where there until I installed blackout and winterboard appeared...

^ some themes install tons of additional tweaks. So in the normal settings app, none of the stock settings are there?

Just figured it out but still not sure why this happens..

If I go to winterboard and check extended preferences, the settings for phone, email,etc. disappear from teh settings menu... once unchecked, they're back up

Syncing from a back-up with a major OS update can cause so many problems. I believe this is our issue. You should always set up as a new phone and then sync contacts and music only.
