CUSTOMS @ Airport will get my iphone from me?

Hi there,

In november I`ll be visiting Orlando for vacation and going to use my iphone for GPS. THe thing is I`m from aruba. And got a jailbreaked iphone from internet.

Are the Customs @ the Airport goign to ask me or take it away from me seeing I`m not from the US?

Any suggestions.? Comments?
