Iphone disk full? 10gig free!!

I have about 10gig free but when i try to add more apps/songs, it says "disk full"

how do i get around this?

Got that problem after using alternative programs to iTunes - I never found a fix and did a restore.
That cleared the problem.

what do you mean other programs? There are other ways to get stuff onto your iphone?
