sbsettings + push notification toggle not working?

so ive got sbsettings saw there was a push notification toggle, installed and tried using it but when i toggle on/off it doesnt seem to work when i look under settings

is this a known issue?

I never used the toggle but the question is: does it not WORK or does the settings app just make it look like it doesn't work?

It works, but only if you respring after using the toogle...EVERYTIME!!! Something must be missing
