Iphone 2G Unlocked + Jailbroken

After updaing my apps in app store, the volume is very low
and that I have to use spkr phone as an alternative

I turn my volume to max and also max in setting
Still no help

BTW- after the update, many features in settings of the Window Mobile theme are missing but other themes are still ok
