computer and i phone problem

can someone help me the motherboard on my laptop has a hardware problem it doesnt see my usb ports i didnt find that out till my iphone crashed. here is my problem i bought a new computer is there a way i can transfer my apps contacts and music to my new computer with a sd card it still works? thanks

yeah, of course, but you will probabyl want to go buy one of the biggest you can find. 4gb or 8gb would be best, but at least a two gb. ive done this with my old computer to transfer pictures and it works fine. but its a little time consuming. hope that helps.
