Hide Settings Tabs

Hi, i just wanted to know if theres a way to hide 3rd parts app tabs (MS Extentions) in the settings menu...

Reason being is that i just wana hide the FCSB tab in the settings menu as it has only one option in it (on/off) and i dont plan on turning it off any time soon lol so it's just clutter to me!?

I have searched but couldn't find anything so sorry if this is a stupid question

i was wondering the same thing. i have about 15 settings panels other than the stock ones and i dont even use half of them
