unable to open appstore apps

i jailbroke my phone with redsnow all was fine.a few weeks later a line of dead pixels appeard across my screen.about that time 3.01 was realeased so knowing i had to return my phone i installed the upgrade.
but since then all the apps from appstore try to open but crash imediatly.
so now i have to take my phone back with 2 problems.will this in anyway alert apple to me having done a jailbreak ?

for anyone thats interested,i did yet anouther restore but this time didnt restore from a backup.and now all is fine,well except the dead pixel line.so ill be off to the apple shop tomorrow.

When you get your phone back and or new phone, do not restore from a back up. This method causes so many problems. Just sayin'
