how can i downgrade from 3.01 to 3.0 on 3gs ?

1stly sorry for the misleading title of my previous post,this was meant as a question not a guide.i forgot the question marks
hi,im not being lazy i have searched for a guide but can not find one.
im having problems since installing 3.01,app store apps just crash.so i thought i would try going back to 3.0.
i vaguely remember how to downgrade with my 1st gen but i have no clue with my 3gs.

Did you jailbreak/unlock??

i had jailbroke and unlocked on 3.0 but not on 3.01.
the main thing is i have a line of dead pixels across my screen so i need to take it back to apple so im thinking the less complications i have the easyer it will be to sort out the screen.

Just do a DFU restore and activate then take it back

just did that,what i couldnt remember was how,once in dfu mode,to select the ipsw i wanted.so hit a few buttons until i chanced upon shift.
downgraded to 3.0.
but still i cant open apps from app store!!!!!!!
