Really weird problem that I've never seen on these forums.

Ok, so like every other new iPhone user I went ahead and jailbroke the crap outta this thing getting all the fun the stuff. but I'm getting this really weird problem...

I have catagories and all of my apps are in one of four catagories, for some reason the apps in the Random Crap folder flash on for a second and then the screen goes blank. whn I press the home button again I see the app for a split second before it closes. I took an app out of the folder and now it works fine, but even weirder is that when the phone is plugged in all the apps work fine, but when I take it out the problem starts again...

*Edit* now for some reason they turn black for about 5 seconds and then work fine. I know some people would just let this go, but It is very annoying

How many apps are in that folder? Not sure if there is a limit but since it works " better" since you removed one app maybe try removing more. You might also try removing all apps from that folder, deleting the folder, rebooting, then re-creating the folder. Then add the apps back in.

When you named the folder do you have the space between the words? Try taking the space out. Instead of Random Crap, try naming it RandomCrap.
