    Default ((( IPSW problem)))

    i am trying to jailbreak 3g 3.0 and i have downloaded various
    firmwares they all come up as zipped files

    im assuming this is not the IPSW that i need and i having a hard time finding the IPSW for 3G 3.0

    any suggestions???

    simply rename it from .zip to .ipsw
    no need to try and extract the file. rename will work.

    BTW how do i change the name of the file before or after the download???
