iPhone disabled.
No my iPhone isn't disabled and I didn't steal it. I'm just wondering is there a way to lock your iPhone with unlimited passcode guesses? I rather lock the whole phone then just use lockdown.
If I helped thank me!

Why do you want it to be so forgiving to people that may be hacking to get into your phone? Just curious.

yeah, turn on passcode lock and turn off that setting for the wipe data thing.
I always feel sorry for the guy in the iPhone commercials. He always gets a call right in the middle of trying to do something

Because i've had many people play with my iPhone when I sleep. And when I wake up my phone is disabled for 59 minutes.
I know but it still disables your phone after like 5 tries if you get it wrong. I'm asking if you can get unlimited tries.
I know about the stock passcode but I'm asking is there a way to get unlimited tries without your phone being disabled.Last edited by dvn821; 08-06-2009 at 01:25 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

Just tell them not to play with your phone - or hide it.

Haha. Put it in a different drawer!
Or under your pillow...
Or someplace they wouldn't go...
Not that I know of... I know what it's like - My friend once got my phone locked for 3 hours and I didn't even know it was her until like a month after.I always feel sorry for the guy in the iPhone commercials. He always gets a call right in the middle of trying to do something
