Custom Alert / Text tones by Contact??

Is there a way or feature (maybe it already does this) that would allow you to have custom text / alert tones by contact? i had this on an old verizon phone and LOVED IT!! I want to know who's texting me (by tone) without looking!!

BTW Im assuming the phone would have to be jailbreak-did
