Jailbroken iPhone 3gS, PUSH only randomly works. Please help!

So I jailbroke my iPhone 3gS running on 3.0, everything is great except that my PUSH notifications only very randomly come through. I tried to do the push fix myself by .inject and nimble with the Pushfix files, no help, then tried the actual PushFIX by the devteam, no help. My YouTube works fine, and sometimes my PUSH comes through fine, other times it doesnt work at all. I really rely on my PUSH for my free text and my Cylay tracking software.

Any ideas on what to check?
