    Default Installing from Cydia without WiFi connection?

    So I'm planning to upgrade to 3.0 finally, and jailbreaking again right after that.
    However, I do not have wifi at home (setup issues with it), and the wifi I was using at work to browse Cydia to install packages is no longer available for me to use.

    I was wondering, using only my internet connected PC, iPhone, and probably USB cable; is it possible to enable an internet connection to my iPhone to allow usage of Cydia through it?

    Can't you just use 3G?

    No 3G service in my area. I only get Edge.
