Invisible Icon of bookmak

I got 4 invisible icons in my iphone and tried to delete it many time but it comes back again. How to delete. Help?

Invisible? Did you make them with iBlank? Or are they web clips from an iNav type install?
Need more info and a screen shot would help also.

no, i didn't make them with Iblank. Sorry, i don't know how to take screen shot. Anyway, i think i should explain in more detail. These 4 icons are the web clips bookmark. Once i click it, it will direct me to one website, always the same website. I did try to clear the bookmark as well as the 4 icons from the iphone. but once i use the safari, it will appear the invisible 4 icons again... very annoying and don't know how to delete them permanently. it is virus?
