iphone 3gs not responding

Hi yesterday I was playing a game and my phone vibrated and I immediately thought it ran out of battery
so I plugged it into my wall recharger.
Now my iPhone will not respond .
It was working fine last night.
Any suggestions on what might have happened or what I should do to fix this

so what state is your phone in right now? is it on but frozen? is it off and you can't turn it on? have you try holding both your power button and home button to do a hard reboot?

the phone doesn't vibrate when you're low on battery.

It is off and can't turn it on
and yes I tried pressing both buttons for a hard reboot
and sorry my mistake your right it doesn't vibrate when low battery
