New user: 3G vs. 3GS?

Hi all,

Im looking at trading in my HTC Tilt for an iPhone and was curious to what the thoughts were for someone breaking into the iPhone world... should I get the 3G on the cheap or fork over the extra $100 for the 3GS? I see AT&T is offering 16GB refurbs 3G for $100 also... anyway, any feedback would be appreciated...

fork over the money for the 3G S. Awesome phone, i sold my 3G for it, the speed difference is awesome.

But, if you're not going to be playing many games, or using themes that require much ram, using a lot of applications, etc. you'd probably be ok with the 3G and spending the 100$ on a lapdance.

haha at the lap dance. just spend the extra and go 3GS. it's well worth it. my buddy got a 3G and returned it after playing with my 3GS

If you get the 3g you'll always be wondering what you're missing out on by not getting the 3gs

GET THE 3GS...After getting the 3GS...my old 3G seems SOOOOO SLOWWWW. Its a no brainer in picking the 3GS over the 3G.
