    Default SMS Backup file not working, crashes sms app

    i backed-up my sms database file from 3.0 and then only restored my iphone hoping i could put it back and get my sms back, so i put it back and it shows my old text but then when i try and send one it just closes the sms app and when i get a new sms it vibrates but shows nothing

    please someone help! thanks!

    What are the permissions for the SMS.db file that you SSHed into your phone?

    They should be 755 but 777 works also.
