Default Freeze app not showing up?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct forum but...
I've recently jailbroken my iPhone 3GS through purplera1n. But due to some problems, I've resulted to restore it. After the restoring process, I chose to use my backup file. So here I am thinking everything's all dandy, I chose to rejailbreak it. I opened up purplera1n again and seeing everything went fine while the program did it's job, my iPhone should have the Freeze.app right? Weeellll, not really. After purplera1n finished and rebooted my iPhone, Freeze hasn't shown up. I've jailbroken it several times already and no dice. I think it might be because before I restored my iPhone, I had BossPrefs and Poof in which I both used to hide Freeze? Any advice on what to do would be great. Also, I would like it if restoring it to factory settings be a last resort answer. But if all else fails, I will do what I have to do.
    Much thanks.

Go to settings/general/restrictions enable exit, then open again and disable

Awesome! Freeze is back on there! One more problem though...
When I try and install Cydia, Freeze is stuck on "Downloading..." and like the bar on the bottom doesn't move for a significant amount of time. Know what the problem is, dude? D:

But no sorry that's one I haven't run into yet. I thought Freeze was already installed. If so, go to Cydia and D/L Cydelete and delete it.
Cydelete works just like app store apps, you can delete from the springboard.

Have you tried to re-install it and/or delete it all together?
Not sure here what to do to be honest. Hopefully someone else will see this post and help you out. This is a new one on me, sorry.
Perhaps I don't understand the problem. Is Freeze installed or not?

It's all good. Yeah Freeze is installed, I guess. It's there and I can use it up until it tries to download Cydia. I deleted it though iPhone Browser [Applications > Freeze.app and deleted the folder]. I'm gonna re-jailbreak and see if that would fix it. If this helps at all, one of the reasons I restored the iPhone was because Cydia and the App Store couldn't connect to the Internet even when I had 3G on and stuff. Thanks again thus far.

Don't restore, set up as a new phone, I believe that is part of the problem your having. Always set up as a new phone and then sync your contacts and music back on.
