    Default Letters on tel keypad?

    How do you use the letters on the telephone keypad (ie the ABC under the number 2 etc)?
    The + works just by holding down the 0 I can't seem to get the letters.

    I don't think you can. I always thought they were just there for reference, because some phone numbers are like 1(800)call-me1 or something.
    Otherwise, I don't know why my screenless ten-year-old home phone has them.
    I always feel sorry for the guy in the iPhone commercials. He always gets a call right in the middle of trying to do something
