TV Shows wont display correctly

Ok, recently i noticed that when i sync some episodes of shows that I watch onto my iphone that they don't display in order.
E.g. It will display randomly like episode 20 of a season will be at the top then maybe episode 10 next its all random. I have no idea what is causing this and it is extremely annoying when trying to watch episodes in order. If you could help me that would be great thanks.
Oh, and they all display correctly in itunes, so that isnt the problem. I have tried uninstalling some recently installed things like supreme preferences but have had no luck.
