SBSetting update=Problem?
Has anyone noticed that to get sbsettings to some down from your status bar you have to press harder and swipe farther down the screen, or is it just me? If it is just me how do I fix it? Because it seems like I am slamming my screen with my finger and swiping down crazy.
And I just noticed this in an update.
Anyone gonna help me?Last edited by cellmate75; 07-26-2009 at 12:00 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

Go to the more menu, then go to extras and options, turn the more sensitive swipe back on...

He added it as a feature to prevent accidental swipes

Well I guess that explains why I thought I had received another defective iPhone with busted pressure sensitivity.

I've forgotten more than I remember about it. Things got fuzzy after the second bottle of Crown and I ran out of duct tape. It went from a pretty origami incident to a rodeo.

At first I had his azz bent into a pretty swan, but about halfway through when I ran out of duct tape I ended up tying his back legs together with rope and ended up looking like Christmas dinner.

Honestly if you enable the shorter swipe and still have the same issues it might be time to check your warranty status and if you are covered:
1. "Restore your iphone to factory settings"
2. And "erase ALL data and settings" to get a warranty replacement
To get to the point of my reply-- your multitouch might almost be ready to go... whether it be a single row or the whole surface area altogether. Good luck and I really hope that is not the case because I just went through this with my old 2G. Fortunately my old 2G fell into a specific serial # range of devices with similar issues. (Multitouch failure)
My top row, left to right, "burned out". I couldn't even turn the iPhone off.
