i would like to restore my ipod touch 2G

yes i have seen the sticky about restoring iphones. thanks.

so i used redsnow7.2 to jailbreak, but now i'm not using any of my apps much, so im deciding that a faster ipod is better than free apps and themes. so is there a way that some app or program can skim through my applications and delete the apps that are cracked? i dont wanna get in trouble with apple when i sync a cracked app onto my non-JBed ipod =(. and i've downloaded around 7 pages of apps after my jailbreak, some free off itunes, some 99c ones i paid for, and the expensive ones i got cracked, thats why it might be a pain to skim through them myself.
