Auto Align

I've read through many posts about what im wanting to do but none have covered what im wanting, if theres a post with it on can someone point a blind mole in the right direction.

Anyhow, what im wanting to do is align some of my icons in a certain way, like for exapmle have 3 icons on the left side going up and down, and not across (left to right) but when i move 1 it auto aligns itself with the others in the grid. Is this possible?

Not 100% sure what your trying to accomplish but maybe you could try using iBlank.
