No Wifi Available: Alternative way to view files and transfer other than WINSCP

Winscp requires a wifi connection for the phone. I don't have access to one being that I'm just connected by cable.

Blkcadi helped me out but I totally forgot what the program was called.

Basically, is there an alternative way to access my folders? Through usb cable?

You can try iPhone Browser but the bad part is that you can't use Terminal on the iPhone browser but if you have mobile terminal that shouldn't be a problem.

Or just use WinSCP through the USB cable using iTunnel...

Remember to have SSH installed and enabled on the iphone, and to connect to 127.0.0.1:22 on WinSCP.
