The icon layout on the springboard. What I mean is this, I have 5columns and 6rows which makes things cramped. I changed the icon size which helped. I want to basically lower the top row down a bit which will bring the entire group of icons closer to the dock. I went through the plist strings but did not see anything that looked right. Any help would be great. If i am not clear please let me know and I will try to upload some pics showing what i mean.

I don't know if that can be done. What might work is installing blank icons, changing the size of the blank icons and putting them at the top row.
