Help in trouble !!!!!
i cant restore it!!! how can i get this back it cant see software or anything after updating or trying to ot OS 3.0 please tell me theres a way t fix this!

Try restoring it again. You may have to put the phone in DFU mode.

There is....download the firmware. Plug in your phone. Hold the shift key if you're on windows, I think it's ctrl on a Mac, and click the restore button. That will get you back to stock and you'll have to jailbreak/unlock.

thanks guys, i was able to download a new version and load it but when it gets to the end it doesnt shutdown and restart its stuck on the apple sign and showing its finished flashing

Put your phone in DFU mode. Then do the shift + restore. Then proceed to jailbreak and unlock.
